The Wood Beads Dolls are handmade dolls crafted with a wire frame covered in wool. They follow specific measurements to give them a neat and balanced appearance, while the wire provides flexibility, allowing the arms and legs to be posed. Their hair is made of wool, and although making them takes time, it is an enjoyable process. In my workshops, I give participants the freedom to express their personalities through the doll’s hair colors and clothing.
In 2016, I experimented with suspending one of these dolls inside a music box, and it gently spun with the airflow in the room, giving it a magical touch.
